You set the rules once — your voice, your playbook, the MOH guardrails — and Iris is configured to stay inside them. Anything outside the rules, or anything clinical, is held and routed to a human. Want a closer eye early? Keep a tighter review setting and let Iris earn more autonomy as it proves it stays in lane.

Do I need to integrate or change systems?

No. Iris runs on your own WhatsApp and a simple CSV export of your patients.

How do you keep messages compliant?

By design — every outbound message is checked against MOH advertising rules — prohibited claims, testimonials and inducements are blocked or rewritten; clinical questions route to your team.

What if it doesn't recover enough?
